Meet Kathleen



I have loved cookies for as long as I can remember.  The memory of coming home after school to a house filled with the aroma of freshly baked cookies will forever remind me of my childhood.  I learned to bake with my mom and my passion for baking has followed me throughout my life while still remaining one of my joys today.

While traveling extensively throughout my life in the south of France I fell in love with the beauty and lifestyle of the region, returning home to the US with the dream to one day live in Provence and open an American style bakery.  Seven years later and after venturing into a life-changing leap of faith, I now call France home.  After moving abroad, I continued to bake my cookies for family and friends and soon become known as the "American cookie lady" in my neighborhood.  It was during these transitional years in Provence, as my eating habits continued to evolve, that I knew it was time for my cookies to reflect my new life choices and values.  The adventure to make the best tasting vegan cookies began... and Dodo Cookie Co. was born.
