Do your products contain any animal by-products?
No, all of our cookie dough is vegan and therefore does not contain any animal based ingredients.  In addition our ingredients are also organic, soy free, non-GMO and Fair Trade.

Does your cookie dough contain allergens?
All of our products currently contain gluten (wheat flour) and contain coconut (tree nut).  The flavor “Nuts About You” contains peanuts.  Our dough is produced in a facility that also processes nuts, butter and eggs.

Do you use additives?
No, we do not use anything artificial in our products.  No preservatives, no gums, no dyes and no artificial flavors.

How long does your dough last?
Our dough will last a minimum of 8 weeks in the refrigerator and up to 6 months in the freezer (thaw in the refrigerator the day before using) however is best enjoyed within 2 weeks of opening.  Be sure to always check the “best/use by” date located on the bottom of the package.  You should follow the storing instructions below to maintain maximum dough freshness.

How should I store my cookie dough?
As our cookie dough is raw it must be kept in the refrigerator.  Once opened we recommend making sure that the container is sealed with the clear film and securely closed with its lid to ensure that the dough will stay fresh and moist.

Can I eat your dough raw?
Although none of our cookie dough is made using dairy products or eggs, they do contain uncooked flour and leavening agents so we recommend not eating the dough raw before baking into cookies.

How do I bake the cookies?
The baking instructions are included on the inside of the container lid, but in case you missed them, the instructions are as follow:

  • Remove the pot of cookie dough from the refrigerator.

  • Preheat the oven to 165°.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

  • Form the cookie dough into small balls, ideally between 25-30 grams. For the flavors "Nuts About You" / "Gimme Oats" slightly flatten the balls of dough into a puck shape. Place each cookie dough evenly spaced on the cookie sheet.

  • Bake the cookies for 9-11 minutes, depending on your oven, until they are slightly browned, crispy around the edges and still slightly soft in the center.

  • Remove the cookies from the oven and let them rest on the baking sheet until they are firm enough to move to a rack to cool completely.

  • Enjoy!

How many cookies does one container make?
It all depends on the size of your cookies but one container will make 16 - 25gm cookies which we feel make the perfect size individual cookie.

Can I recycle your containers?
Yes, please always recycle all of our dough containers!  All of our cookie dough pots are not only recyclable but are also made from recycled paper with FSC certification.
